Cash Value Card is Debt-free and No Fee

The Cash Value Card is not a credit or debit card and can be issued to anyone age 10 and up. It simply carries the stored cash value of the rebates you earn from the purchases you've made, or money you have loaded on the card, similar to a gift card. In fact your Cash Value Card is a fully functioning gift card. There is never a fee for being a Cash Value Cardholder.
